Telephone Orders

Telephone orders can be placed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday by calling our toll free number, 1-800-866-5728, or fax your order to 207-487-3600. C.O.D. orders are accepted on phone orders only.

If you would like product information, other than when placing an order, call 207-487-3100 Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Or e-mail your question to info@mdiwoodcarvers.com. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Guarantee

We sell only quality brand name tools. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price. A return authorization number must be given before sending back merchandise. All returns, claims or exchanges must be make within 30 days from the date of shipment. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. All merchandise returned on account of not being the correct item must be returned in original packaging and not show signs of mistreatment or abuse. Because of the nature of videos and CD's they are not returnable. If tape or CD is found defective, it can be returned within the first 30 days for exchange for the identical title.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges are $8.50 on all orders up to $200. On all continental USA orders over $200 we will absorb the charge. There is an extra charge of $9.00 for all C.O.D. Orders (Phone Orders Only) regardless of merchandise total. As most orders are shipped by U.P.S., you must include a street address as U.P.S. will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We have done our best to make sure this site and the catalog are accurate, but we can not be held responsible for errors and we reserve the right to make corrections. All prices are in US Dollars.

To Our Friends in Canada

We are more than happy to ship to canada. Unfortunately, shipping can get quite expensive. for example a flexible shaft machine costs around $30 in US funds to ship. a Woodburning unit around $18.

All orders outside of the continental USA (48 states) will be charged the actual shipping plus a $2.50 handing charge, with a minimum charge of $8.50.

We feel the simplest way to handle payment is by credit card. The banks handle the conversion of funds and we can charge the correct shipping.
